Our class consists of 9 boys and 12 girls for a total of 21 students! There will be information and educational web sites that will remain here throughout the year - so bookmark our classroom webpage to your home computer and it will be easy for your child to access these games and links at home! If you have websites you would like me to share with our class, please let me know and I will add them to our pages!

Weekly Update - April 10 - 14
Since April is Oral Health Month, we had Able Dental come in to talk about proper teeth brushing and good oral hygiene last Tuesday afternoon. Your children were very polite and engaged. The Able Dental crew made comments about their delightful behavior.
I guess I shouldn't have been so quick to put up the Spring icon on last weeks update!!! Looking outside it is hard to believe that we are half way through April! However, we will continue our Easter, Spring (even if the weather doesn't cooperate) Lenten and Holy Week themes this week.
We have a fieldtrip to Galt Museum on Tuesday afternoon from 12:45 - 2:15ish. Thank you to those parents who have signed up to join us as chaperones!
We will be going to Aggie Days on the afternoon of April 25th. This fieldtrip fits in nicely with our plants and animals Science theme as well as the rural life theme in Social Studies. As with the other fieldtrips, we will require 4 to 5 parent chaperones to accompany us. Also, we will be sharing our bus with the Kindergarten class so, unfortunately, I won't be able to guarantee that parents will be able to ride on the bus this time.
I wish you all a blessed Easter break with your loved ones. I can't wait to hear about all of the special memories!
Dates to remember:
Apr 11 - Galt Museum - 12:40ish - 2:15 pm
Apr 12 - Crusaders Assembly
Apr 12 - Pizza Lunch
Apr 13 - Holy Thursday
Apr 25 - Aggie Days - 12:30ish - 2:15 pm
