Lest We Forget
We participated in a Remembrance Day assembly on Friday morning. All of the students were respectful and reverent for the entire time. They understood the importance of being grateful for the freedoms we enjoy. Monday and Tuesday will be a days off from school.
The forms went home on Friday for our fieldtrip to the Galt Museum on November 18th. Please have the forms signed and back by November 14th. I am grateful to the parents who will be joining us to help supervise the class. You might be surprised by the interesting tidbits about Lethbridge you will glean from this fieldtrip!
I was able to successfully complete assessments on all of the students and I am now working on reporting my findings to the parents via report cards. You have wonderful children who are eager to learn, it makes my job a blessing!
Things to remember:
- Nov 10 - school closed
- Nov 11 - Remembrance Day - no school
- Nov 13 - Christmas concert ticket order forms go home.
- Nov 14 - Spelling test
- Nov 17 - Report cards distributed.
- Nov 18 - Conference Manager opens up to book interview times.
- Nov 18 - 1B to Galt Museum 12:50 - 2:20.
