Last week I spent a lot of time assessing your children on the many outcomes we cover in Grade One. I am very proud of the progress they have made since the beginning of the school year! They still need lots of review on numbers to 100, alphabet letter names and sounds, sight words and beginning reading. The work you are doing at home is making a huge difference!
This week is again packed with activities. Our focus will be around completing various workbooks and activities related to Advent. We will begin talking and learning about Advent since December 3rd is the first Sunday of Advent. Wednesday is School Council Hot Lunch if you ordered it.
Some parents expressed having difficulty getting on to the Spelling City website. I am attaching a link below that I am hoping will work better. Remember that username and password are both pbeaudina. Let me know it you are still having issues with the site.
