We are beginning the first week of December and Christmas Concert week is here! Monday is a no school day for students as teachers get together for a religious retreat. Tuesday will be a semi-normal day, we will continue to work hard on our reading, writing and math skills. Please let us know if your child is unable to attend both nights of the concert.
On Wednesday the students will be bused to the Yates at 9:00 am. Grade One students will be wearing either candy cane or chef costumes (so adorable!!). Please remember to send students in black pants and white shirts (no logos or writing please). Also, students need to bring lunches in paper or plastic bags with their names on them. Thanks in advance to the parent volunteers for both dress rehearsal and concert nights!
Thursday and Friday will both be a regular days at school. Of course, we will also focus on Advent and Christmas as we head toward the second Sunday of Advent. Our second Advent Celebration will be held in the gym at 9:00 am.
Our room rep will be contacting you soon about our popcorn/movie day on the afternoon of December 21st.
