Our 100th day activities and "Mad Hatter" parade were a lot of fun. Every student created a 100 day hat, brought it to school and explained it with great pride! They even wrote about it in their journals.
This week will also be a very busy one. Students will be decorating their Valentine boxes on Monday so, if you haven't already, please send a box with your child.
Our fieldtrip to Home Hardware is on Tuesday afternoon. It is also Shrove Tuesday and hot lunch day.
Wednesday is Ash Wednesday and we will be attending the 11:00 a.m. Mass at St. Martha Church. Parents are welcome to join us.
Thursday is Valentine's Day and we will have our video/party the last hour of the day. Thank you to the parents who are supplying snacks!
Please remember that the next week is a non-school week due to Family Day on Monday February 18th and teacher's convention February 21st and 22nd.
