We have a number of events coming up this month! Please take a couple of minutes to note some of them.
Running club begins first thing tomorrow morning. It will run from 8:25 - 8:40 a.m. Mon - Thurs and from 12:05 - 12:33 p.m. on Tues and Wed. All students are welcome to join. It is a great way to start the day! Parents are welcome to participate also if interested. Come one, come all!
This week Travelling Lab Coats will be coming to our class on Tuesday afternoon to teach us about insects. Pizza lunch is on Thursday and forms are due by Tuesday. On Friday both grade one classes join the grade three classes to attend a Mother's Day mass at St. Martha church. As always, parents (but especially mothers) are welcome to join us!
We go to the Lethbridge College on May 12 to see the Hubbard Collection and to learn about the animals of Alberta. Our special reader on the 15th will be Mrs. Baier. Victoria Day is on the 18th and we have a PD Day on the 19th (more learning for the teachers!!).
On May 26th we go to SAAG (Southern Alberta Art Gallery) to view the work of students from schools throughout Lethbridge and we get an opportunity to make some of our own art in their special art room!

May 28 - Living Rosary led by Grade 1 - 9:15 am
May 29 - FNMI Heritage Day.
