Last week was spent getting ready for and performing in Kiwanis Festival. Your children did a fantastic job on their two poems and they should be very proud of themselves!!
We are now shifting our focus to Arts Alive. Both grade one classes will be working together to create an art project that will be displayed in the Southern Alberta Art Gallery.
We have two fieldtrips this month. We will be going to the Galt Museum on April 11th and to Aggie Days on April 25th. Consent forms went home yesterday (please fill out and return ASAP). We require 4 to 5 parent chaperones for each fieldtrip.
We will continue to focus on Lenten and Easter activities this week and next. Your children have been especially engaged in the Stations of The Cross. Ask them to tell you what they have been learning.
