Lest We Forget
We will spend some time this week talking about the meaning of Remembrance Day so that students will understand the importance of being grateful for the freedoms we enjoy. The school will participate in a Remembrance Day assembly on Wednesday morning. Thursday will be a PD day and on Friday school will be closed in lieu of Remembrance Day on Saturday.
The forms for our fieldtrip to the Galt Museum on November 14th went home last week. I am grateful to the parents who will be joining us to help chaperone the class. You might be surprised by the interesting tidbits about Lethbridge you will glean from this fieldtrip!
I will begin assessing students next week for the upcoming report cards. You have wonderful children who are eager to learn, it makes my job a blessing!
